Playing good friend as well as co-star for fellow "Twilight" actor Robert Pattinson, Kellan Lutz slams rumors that claim the Edward Cullen depicter's abs seen on the just-released pics from the set of "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" are fake. "Taylor [Lautner] been training Rob a lot, and that's why he's got such ripped abs," so he insists, adding that "Rob's been working hard. He's trying to be the best Edward [Pattinson's character in the films] he can be."
In another Kellan Lutz news, the actor was photographed on Sunday, May 31, jogging with his mixed breed dog, Kola, in Los Angeles. His muscular body was obvious to be noticed as he was topless during the workout.
Later in the evening, he attended the 18th annual MTV Movie Awards at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif. He hit the red carpet alongside "Twilight" co-star Ashley Greene. At the awards gala, the vampire drama movie itself scooped five Golden Popcorn statuettes, one of which was for Best Movie category.
