An artwork to be featured on the front cover of Rob Thomas' forthcoming second studio album "Cradlesong" has been uncovered. The picture shows an up-close look at the vocalist of band Matchbox 20 with his name and the album's title attached on it.

"I saw a picture of me the other day and wherever there wasn't shirt, I was emanating my own light," Rob tells PopEater concerning the newly-outed pic. "I've never been like Mr. South Beach, I'm not gonna have the f---ing orange tan. I'll take looking like death for a little while to have a good record."

Rob Thomas is going to release the new album in U.S. market on June 30. In the meantime, fans can stream "Her Diamonds", the first single from the effort, on his official website where several behind-the-scenes footage of a music video for the song has been uploaded for viewing pleasure.

In support of the soon-to-be-released record, Rob plots a roadshow across North America this fall. Complete dates for the tour are expected to be announced this summer.
