Rekindling their love relationship earlier this year following their separation back in 2007, Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson have broken up again, In Touch Weekly reports. The actress' inability to commit has been cited as the reason that prompts their split.

"Owen wants to get married and he proposed to Kate soon after they got back together. But she's not ready," a source has been quoted as informing the publication. Nevertheless, neither Kate nor Owen has addressed the report publicly.

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are co-stars in 2006 movie "You, Me and Dupree". They began dating in September the same year, but broke up in June 2007, which then led to the actor's famous yet failed suicide attempt.

In early February this year, both of them sparked reunion speculation after Kate was photographed visiting Owen's new house in Malibu. It was reported at that time that the movie beauty's black SUV was seen entering his house "numerous times over the past two weeks."

Though neither of them acknowledged the report, there were rumors of them getting engaged during a trip to France. The report then ignited claims that the pair was about to tie the knot in Kate's mother Goldie Hawn's home in Aspen or Owen's place in Hawaii in June later this year. The reported nuptials was claimed to be a private affair, with only close pals and family being invited.
