Britney Spears and Kevin Federline haven't signed agreement upon her plan to bring her two children on tour, his lawyer opens up.

AceShowbiz -

Despite previous statement on her official website saying that Britney Spears will be touring with both of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan insisted that there hasn't been any signed agreement on that matter. Mark said, "We are working toward that."

"Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country," Mark revealed further to E! Online. "And he is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful."

In related news, Britney Spears' former manager Osama "Sam" Lutfi has sued the singer and her parents over alleged libel and defamation. Recent report says that he does such thing in order to earn money from the singer and pay off his debt. His lawyer Bryan Freedman however denied the rumor, calling it as a "nonsense."

In further statement, Bryan claimed that it was both of her parents who have destroyed her, not Sam. "Why would a supposedly loving mother write a tell-all about the sordid details of the two worst nights of her daughter's life for a profit?" he questioned. "And why would a father, who claims his daughter is incompetent, send her on a massive tour when she can't even manage her own affairs?"
