Lisa Marie Presley debuts the first pictures of her twin baby girls, Harper and Finley, on the newest issue of People magazine, which will go on sale on Friday, January 16. Giving the world its first glimpse of the infants, she also tells the weekly magazine the road that she had to go through to conceive them.
In one pic, featured on People's official site, Lisa is seen sitting on a chair and carrying Harper and Finley on both of her hands. She is photographed wearing soft-pink outfits and smiling to the camera. Her little girls also wear matching outfits.
"We tried to get pregnant for two years. My blood was too thick and would clot, which caused several miscarriages. The moment I took blood thinners, I got pregnant," the magazine cites Lisa. "I really wanted these babies," she adds.
In further interview, Lisa also opens up about getting back into shape after giving birth to Harper and Finley in October 2008. "I was unable to see my toes by the fourth month," she tells People. "But I only gained 30 lbs. total. I worked out up until the seventh month."
Harper and Finley are Lisa Marie Presley's first children with husband Michael Lockwood, whom she married to in 2006. Beside the twins, she also has two other children; son Benjamin Storm Keough and daughter Danielle Riley Keough, with her then-husband, musician Danny Keough.
