Paramore will follow up the massive hit of 'Riot!' with a more dynamic and energetic music on their third not-yet-titled LP.

Paramore released their sophomore studio album "Riot!" in June 2007. Dealing with what they called as "an unbridled outburst of emotion," the record landed at number 15 on Billboard Hot 200 Albums chart and at number 2 on U.K. Rock Albums chart, selling a total of 1,040,000 copies across the U.S.

Following their success with "Riot!", Paramore were signed by Catherine Hardwicke, director of "Twilight", to write songs for the vampire movie soundtrack. One of the songs they worked on is titled "Decode" and peaked at number 12 on Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart. Meanwhile, the soundtrack album for the romantic drama movie itself made its debut at number 1 on Billboard Hot 200 Albums chart, having sold about 164,700 copies in its first week in the U.S. stores and added another 107,000 copies in its second week on sale.

During a recent interview, Paramore have discussed about working on their third major studio effort. Stating that "it's going to be energetic," singer Hayley Williams said, "We don't always talk about happy super ridiculous things like that - it's cool that our music feels energetic and positive, and we can talk about things that are more than just great feelings."

In line with Hayley's statement, guitarist Josh Farro said, "I think there's gonna be more of a dynamic on this record than the last one, the last one was pretty straightforward the whole time. We wanna try and expand and try different genres of music in a way that still keeps it Paramore. ..." He then added, "None of the songs are finished, but we do have some ideas here and there."
