Christina Milian decides to ask compensation from her manager for her financial losses that she suffered from copyright infringement lawsuit.

AceShowbiz - Pop singer and actress Christina Milian has reportedly decided to bring her manager Poli Paul to the court. She has sued Poli for giving her an illegal sample for single "Dip It Low" which is then used in her 2004 album "It's About Time".
As this case surfaced in the media, Christina has been in court battle with Thomas Turino, Larry Crook and Dan Dickey. These guys have claimed that a portion of "Dip It Low" was illegally taken from their 1983 track "La Sirena".
The first time, when the case appeared, Poli has convinced Christina, saying that there is no such illegal sample in her song. However, she chose to sue Poli because the matter gets worse. She has spent much money to pay legal costs for attorney in the effort of defending her from the lawsuit. Then, through her lawyer Ed McPherson she asks for Poli and his associate, Spencer Cowlings Entertainment to pay $300,000 for the compensation of the financial losses that she has suffered from the case.
"Dip It Low" is a successful song which has received Grammy Award nominee for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration in 2005. It was also certified gold by Recording Industry Association of America in early January 2005 for its massive hit in Denmark, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the United Kingdom , and U.S.
Despite the case that turns to be very serious as it involves many parties, there hasn't any comment from Poli's side. His associate has also given no statement relating to Christina's lawsuit.
