It seems that the 20th Century Fox have their own way in promoting their latest science fiction movie "Babylon A.D.". After giving out sort-of-sneak peeks into the movie through the two international teaser trailers earlier, the studio reveal more and more of the great visual works as well as an idea about the story through the release of its first domestic trailer.

This new video footage offers a series of new and never before seen clips and for the first time, viewers can hear a voiceover of Vin Diesel's character describing about what to expect and his motto. The scenes compiled within also let out more visually stunning footages from the movie which budget is considerably low for the effects shown in it.

From the director of "Gothika" Mathieu Kassovitz, "Babylon" is a futuristic action film about a mercenary hired to escort a woman from Russia to China. The job supposedly is an easy one, but matters get complicated because the woman is a host to an organism which a particular cult wishes to obtain to produce a genetically modified Messiah. Starring Diesel as the leading man, the movie also features the likes of Melanie Thierry, Michelle Yeoh, Vincent Cassel and Gerard Depardieu. It will come into theaters on August 29.
