A representative for record mogul David Foster has confirmed his sister, Jaymes Foster, has been artificially inseminated by the "American Idol" alum and is due in August.

No joke, Clay Aiken is going to be a dad. The "American Idol" alum reportedly has inseminated his record producer Jaymes Foster, who has produced several of his CDs.
Citing what it called as "multiple sources," TMZ reported Jaymes who's also known as the sister of record mogul David Foster, is artificially inseminated by Clay and due to give birth in August. Clay himself, as claimed by the site, will have an active role in raising the child.
Still according to TMZ, Clay and Jaymes are best friends. He lives at her home when he's in L.A. She's a divorcee and has no children.
There was no immediate comment from Clay's camp concerning the TMZ report. But, a rep for David Foster has confirmed to People Wednesday, May 28, "The story is true." The representative went on saying, "It is true Clay is the father. She was artificially inseminated by Clay. She's due in August."
Speaking about Clay and Jaymes, the representative added "They have been friends ever since American Idol, when they worked together." She moreover also executive produced his 2006 album "A Thousand Different Ways."
The baby will be the first child for both Clay, 29, and Jaymes, 50.
