Madonna's rep has confirmed that the new effort from the singer will be titled 'Hard Candy' because she likes the sweetness.

Denying "Licorice", Madonna comes up with a new title for her new album that is not far from it. The pop queen who moves to R'n'B in her upcoming album has decided to name the piece "Hard Candy" simply because "she loves candy".
"It's about the juxtaposition of tough and sweetness," her representative Liz Rosenberg told Entertainment Weekly, "or as Madonna so eloquently expressed 'I'm gonna kick your ass, but it's going to make you feel good.'"
It has also been confirmed that the effort which will be her 11th and final release for Warner Bros. Records, will be dropped in stores on April 29. According to EW, the record will feature production by Timbaland, Pharrell Williams and Nate "Danjahandz" Hills.
"4 Minutes to Save the World" that features Justin Timberlake has been confirmed as the first single and it will be released the end of March. Another known track to appear in the album is "Candy Store". Danja said on the overall sound "She wanted up-tempo, dance, club music, and for everything to have a hip-hop underlining."
Madonna is set to be inducted into The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame on March 10, during a ceremony held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. According to In Touch Weekly, Timberlake himself will have the honor of presenting the induction ceremony.
