Talks are heating up that Scarlett Johansson is set to get engaged to her actor boyfriend Ryan Reynolds.

Scarlett Johansson is on the verge of getting engaged to her actor boyfriend Ryan Reynolds, it has been reported.
Rumors are mounting that the celebrity couple will soon make an announcement about their engagement despite the actress' representative's denial of that matter.
"Her rep is denying it, but a very good source tells me we can soon expect an engagement announcement from actors Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson. Mazel tov, kids!" Ben Widdicombe of the New York Daily News said.
Scarlett and Ryan's alleged romance first made its way to public early April last year when they were spotted together all over Manhattan. They reportedly were spotted holding hands and kissing while out for dinner and clubbing in New York on three consecutive evenings. It was not until the following month that they went public with their romance when they were seen catching The Damnwells' show at the Troubadour in West Hollywood.
Ryan broke off his engagement to singer fiancee Alanis Morissette in February 2007. Scarlett, elsewhere, split from actor Josh Hartnett in 2006.
