While younger sister Hilary Duff is enjoying her time with quite new boyfriend Mike Comrie, the elder Duff also is having her own brand new man.
Haylie Duff was spotted in Malibu over the weekend, strolling the street with suspected boyfriend, Charlie McDowell, the son of Academy-Award winning actress Mary Steenburgen and her former husband Malcolm McDowell.
The loved up couple was seen enjoying their time together, walking through the street arm in arm and once was snapped sharing a quick kiss. They were accompanied by one female and one male friends.
On screen, Haylie is slated to star in the horror flick "The I Scream Man," which is still in pre-production stages.
