Timbaland is blown with another copyright infringement lawsuit, this time he shares it with Jay-Z. Both hip-hop icons are sued by an Egyptian music company who claim they used their 1957 song.

Copyright holder Osama Admed Fahmy found similarity in the song 'Khosara, Khosara' to Jay-Z's 'Big Pimpin'' that appeared on his 1999 album 'Vol. 3: Life and Times of S. Carter'. The lawsuit was filed at Los Angeles Federal Court but there has been no specified amount.

Timbaland who produced 'Big Pimpin'' was indeed reported sampling 'Khosara, Khosara' that was delivered by artist named Abdel Halim Hafez. The sampling is meant to accentuate middle eastern beat that Timbaland has been so fond of.

Earlier this month, Timbaland is also sued for producing The Game's 'Put You On the Game' that is claimed to bear similarity to a song owned by Indian music company called Saregama India Ltd.
