Naomi Campbell has settled a one-year old legal suit with her former employee, Amanda Brack, who filed a case of physical and verbal assault against her.

Naomi Campbell does learn her lesson. Being sentenced to five days community service after pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless assault against her maid Ana Scolavino on January 16, 2007, apparently, has taught the British supermodel the best lesson of life. Maybe won't involve in worse legal wrangling, Naomi decided to make good with her former secretary, Amanda Brack, who accused her of physical and verbal assault.
The settlement of the lawsuit brought by Amanda became final Thursday June 14th, when Manhattan state Supreme Court Justice Emily Jane Goodman officially issued an order to dismiss the case. Details of the settlement were being kept under wrap, and neither party give any comments concerning that encounter.
Amanda filed a lawsuit in July 2006 for unspecified money damages, accusing Naomi of assault, battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. Per the court papers, it is said that the incident started a month after she began working for Naomi in February 2005.
After subsequent assault in 2005 in Brazil, Morocco and Manhattan, the worst of all occurred when Naomi claimed Amanda stole from her. Could not stand her acts for any longer, Amanda then quit and decided to bring the case to court. And now that both of them have put an end to their legal feud, let's hope Naomi will be a better person.
