Hollywood stars Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen have agreed to extend a temporary restraining order which calls for the actor to stay away from his estranged wife.
Neither Denise nor Charlie was present in Superior Court on Wednesday June 7th, 2006 where their lawyers agreed to a three-week extension that keeps the order in effect until June 28.
The original order was issued on April 21. It requires Sheen to stay at least 300m from Richards and their daughters, two-year-old Sam J and one-year-old Lola Rose, except during supervised visits.
Richards filed for divorce in March 2005 after three years of marriage. She alleged in court papers that Sheen pushed, shoved and threatened her and her parents. Sheen, on the other hand, has denied the allegations.
