AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos aren't an item any longer. The couple has split, Elliot Mintz, a representative for Paris confirmed to E! News.
"Paris has elected to move on with her life," Mintz said. "She has no intentions of saying anything negative about Stavros. I trust they will be able to remain friends and hope people will not attempt to sensationalize her personal decisions."
