Babyshambles are restarting a tour cancelled due to Pete Doherty's arrest on drugs charges

AceShowbiz -

British rock band Babyshambles put back the pieces in order. The music group is returning to the road, back on their cancelled tour due to Pete Doherty's arrest on drugs charges.

Doherty, the band's frontman, was found guilty of possessing class A drugs but avoided a jail sentence. He was instead granted a 12-month community order.

Now as Doherty is free returning to the music scene, Babyshambles are keen to play the dates they had to cancel last month in Bristol, Glasgow, Newcastle and London. They will first begin the tour at the Shepherd Bush Empire on Monday Feb 20th and finishes at the Manchester Academy on Sunday Feb 26th.
