AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton acts again. This time the hotel heiress gets a restraining order, issued by a Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner, commanding her to stay away from party planner Brian Quintana.
Paris got the order issued Tuesday Feb 7th following Quintana's claim that she's accused him of encouraging ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos to dump her and get back together with ex-girlfriend Mary-Kate Olsen.
In his lawsuit Quintana testified that Paris "has a drug and alcohol problem, some rather shady associates and is known for erratic behavior." Thus, he felt he was in "imminent danger" from the celebutante's wrath and then filed in the suit.
