The "Million Dollar Baby" star Hilary Swank is facing serious allegations for trying to smuggle an illegal substances, an apple and orange, into Kiwi country, New Zealand, which local officers found to "suspiciously be concealed" among her soiled panties, well used thong and brassiere in her luggage. Denied the allegation, Swank responded the fruits allegedly found in her bra as something natural.

Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry spokesman William Minchin reported that the star X-ray has also clearly showed undigested pasta, seafood, vegetable and partially digested bubble gum, all of which are banned substances in New Zealand. Because of that, Swank was fined $150 for the undeclared fruit and ordered to stay away from fruit for 6 months, including bananas, which the officers suspected a freind of her had hidden in his underwear.
