Yogi Berra sued Turner Broadcasting System for $10 million for "misusing" his name to promote its series

AceShowbiz - New York Yankee baseball legend, Yogi Berra, has sued Turner Broadcasting System for misusing his name in outdoor advertisements, including the one on billboard, buses and other facilities in order to promote reruns of HBO popular sex comedy, Sex and the City.

The cause was mainly Berra feeling of being tainted by the ad, asked for a definition of the term "Yogasm," which references the loose lifestyle of "Sex" character Samantha, porformed by Kim Cattrall, with one of the possible definitions listed in the ad was, b) sex with Yogi Berra. While the correct answer for that question was, in fact, c) what Samantha has with a guy from yoga class.

For that reason, in the lawsuit he filed in Manhattan Supreme Court last week, Berra then sued Turner Broadcasting System for $10 million.
