The teen twins, Ashley Olsen and Mary Kate, are going their separate ways and living on their own. America's Star magazine wrote that Mary Kate is going to move out from their New York City apartment and leave in her own 'hut".

Many rumours raise commenting on their separation. One source says that both Kate and Ashley want to find their own identities by living independently so that people will no longer identify the twins as the same persons.

On the other hand, one of the twins friends says that Kate wants to spend more time to do her painting hobby and another sources say that despite the separation, the twins will soon live togeher again as their $7.3 million apartment in the West Village's Morton Square is completed this year. No matter what, both are still twins and will remain close one another.
