The Night Of is an American crime drama television series created by Steven Zaillian and Richard Price, based on the 2008 British series Criminal Justice. The series follows the story of Nasir "Naz" Khan (Riz Ahmed), a Pakistani-American college student who is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Andrea Cornish (Sofia Black-D'Elia). In this preview for episode 4, Naz's attorney, John Stone (John Turturro), prepares Naz for his upcoming trial. Naz is nervous about the trial, but Stone assures him that he will do everything he can to help him.
