The Emmy-nominated comedy series "Baskets" returns for its second season on August 19th on FX. The show follows the misadventures of Chip Baskets (Zach Galifianakis), a failed clown who moves back to his hometown to start over. In the premiere episode, Chip tries to salvage his relationship with his ex-wife Kristina (Louie Anderson) and finds a new job as a rodeo clown.
