Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation is an upcoming action spy film directed by Christopher McQuarrie and written by McQuarrie and Drew Pearce. The film stars Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, a secret agent who leads a team of IMF agents on a mission to stop a terrorist group from detonating a nuclear bomb. The film is the fifth installment in the Mission: Impossible film series, and the first to be directed by McQuarrie. The film is set for release on July 31, 2015.
