PURSUING THE SOURCE - Assistant DA's McCoy and Carmichael become entangled in the dangerous world of the Russian Mafia when witnesses are found dead and evidence is destroyed. In order to safely investigate, McCoy (Sam Waterston) puts the suspects behind bars without sufficient evidence, and risks violating their civil liberties.
