Despite finally finding a tour boyfriend, nicknamed "Baby Spoon", Ke$ha's romance is short-lived as his leg of the tour is finished and he is going home while her tour is far from over. To get her mind off the demise of another relationship, Ke$ha meets up with her rowdy pre-fame LA friends for a raucous night of partying in Las Vegas. Then it's back to the road where she embraces the only consistent love she can find while on tour -- the love of her fans. But her next performance runs into a bump in the road as Ke$ha misses a mid-show cue which leaves her distraught back stage post show. There are always critics and haters just waiting for her to fail and she can't let that happen so Ke$ha takes charge and rehearses extra hard for the next show -- her return to LA. This show is made even more important with the arrival of her mom, Pebe, who sacrificed a lot as a single mother to raise Ke$ha and who also taught her how to write and sing. Despite being extra nervous for the LA show, Ke$ha puts on another amazing performance which leads to a glowing review from the LA Times that not only legitimizes her work as a writer, singer, and performer but also legitimizes everything that her mother did to help make Ke$ha such a success.
