Hop on the school bus we're heading to Davidson County, NC to help the Creasey Family. Tricia Creasey doesn't let anything stop her from teaching, not even cancer. Her husband, William, tells us that even if she's severely sick, she will still go in the next day to teach her 7th grade class. Due to the financial circumstances, the Creasey home repairs have taken a backseat to Tricia's chemotherapy. But the house needs a makeover ASAP!

We arrive at the Creasey home with three of Tricia's teacher friends. The home is not in good shape and there's very little privacy for anyone. There's only one bathroom and it doesn't even have a door for crying out loud! Ty tells us that Tricia needs a private place to recharge especially since she's going through chemotherapy.

We see what the Creasey family planned to do with their home. The incomplete expansion of the house was placed on the backburner to pay for the cancer treatments. The house has significant water damage, creating mold around this house. These conditions do not help Tricia's condition at all. The pressure of providing a safe home for their children and fighting cancer has taken a lot out of the family. We are delighted to hear that they'll be going to Disney World to take a little break from their worries.

Shortly after the demolition of the house, the Extreme Team welcomes country music star Jewel and her bull riding superstar/husband, Ty Murray. Yes, that means there are two Tys working on the makeover this week! So if Ty Murray can help build a house, does that mean our Ty can rope a steer?

Jewel tells us how inspirational Tricia is. She may be sick, but she's certainly not a victim. Jewel stresses how during hard times in her past there were people that helped her keep hope alive. Having that hope is the most important thing for Tricia.

When the Creaseys return, they can't wait to see the finished makeover. We're pretty psyched to see it, too! A wave of relief comes over Tricia and William the moment they MOVE THAT BUS! Tricia tells us her dream home is complete and, most importantly, she knows her family will be safe. Earlier, we heard Tricia tell us that Reese Witherspoon is one of her favorite actresses. So it was quite the surprise when Ty provided a personal message from her. It's always nice to have an Oscar-winning actress welcome you into your new home.

Now, onto the new pad:

The Dining Room Table - Ed took the flooring from the old house to create a table for the Creaseys.

The Fun Room - the room is a mirror image, side-by-side, a great room for twins. They will have their personal space and it'll keep them both busy.

Paris Rooftops Room - This little piece of France was designed by Tracy, who was able to get Brittany's name in lights giving us that Moulin Rouge feeling. Brittany has tears of joy from the makeover and the whole week spent with her mom.

The Master Bedroom - "A relaxing and peaceful place" is how Tricia describes the room. Ty creates a sanctuary for them. Ty worked with Tricia's class to create a book of hope for her. The personal messages will encourage Tricia whenever she is feeling down.

Jewel closes the episode with a performance of "Hands" for the Creasey Family. Tricia shows us what it means to be a fighter and to always have hope. We are so happy that William and Tricia will now have less stress about the safety of their family and their future finances. Welcome home, Creasey Family. Welcome home.
