Jamie Foxx Criticizes Racist Police

The actor/singer claims he was pulled over by police just because he was 'black and happy'

Actor/singer has cried foul following a recent run-in with Los Angeles police, because he is convinced he was a victim of racial profiling. The African American Oscar winner admits he's regularly pulled over by cops while driving through the city, most recently near his home in the affluent Westlake area.

And he insists it's because of the color of his skin. Foxx says, "I get pulled over all the time. I live in Westlake. A black man in Westlake? That's just don't happen. I got pulled over the other day for being black and happy. 'What's all that smiling about? You're smiling back there.' I was guilty."

Jamie Foxx was recently reportedly preparing "Night Tales", a horror anthology series based on 2008 TV movie "Nite Tales: The Movie".
