The "Baby" hitmaker was said to have dismissed his longtime representative Scooter Braun, but Bieber's mum Pattie Mallette is adamant stories of a falling out aren't true.

She has now taken to her Twitter.com page to insist the young star still enjoys a good relationship with his manager. She writes, "How absurd. Heard the 'news' today. Just rumors. Don't believe everything you hear. Not looking to change any of the Bieber team. Scooter Braun & the rest of the team we love you!"

The singer previously defended Braun when he was questioned by police over Bieber's chaotic appearance at a shopping mall in New York last November, which the manager allegedly refused to cancel amid security fears. The star was pictured wearing a 'Free Scooter' t-shirt to show his support.
