Report: Charlie Sheen Injured Brooke Mueller Once Before the X-Mas Tragedy
Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller was hospitalized for head trauma after accusing the actor of throwing her around "like a rag doll", just months before the couple's Christmas Day altercation, according to newly released police reports.
The "Two and a Half Men" star pleaded guilty to a charge of misdemeanor assault earlier this month stemming from a heated argument with Mueller at their holiday home in Aspen, Colorado in December. However, three police reports have surfaced online relating to a previous fight between the pair, which allegedly took place at their California mansion.
In their statements to Colorado authorities at Christmas, both Sheen and Mueller admitted they had been embroiled in another altercation months prior. Mueller accused Sheen of pushing her, causing her to fall and hit her head on a piece of furniture. She was admitted to hospital and underwent a CAT scan, indicating head injuries, reports RealAspen.com.
In one of the police documents, Officer Rick Magnuson wrote, "I asked (Sheen) if he ever harmed Mueller in the past. (Sheen) stated that approximately two months ago, in California, Mueller accused him of sleeping with prostitutes. (Sheen) stated that he denied this allegation, which escalated into a 'huge fight'."
"He added that when Mueller attempted to leave the argument, he grabbed her by the wrist, causing her to fall to the ground. (Sheen) added that Mueller hit the back of her head on a piece of furniture as she fell to the ground. (Sheen) stated that Mueller was injured when her head contacted the furniture." "(Sheen) added that neither he nor Mueller reported this incident to law enforcement. (Sheen) added that Mueller received medical treatment for her head injury. (Sheen) added that the Mueller's injury was not intentional, adding that she accidentally hit her head as he was trying to restrain her."
When Magnuson questioned Mueller about the California incident, she became visibly "upset". The cop writes, "She was very adamant that (Sheen) intentionally hurt her by throwing her to the ground, like a 'rag doll'." Sheen avoided a jail sentence for the Colorado fight and was sentenced to 30 days in rehab and 36 hours of domestic violence counseling as part of a plea deal.
Meanwhile, the actor is alleged to have handed over a fake identification card upon his December arrest after losing his real driving licence, reports TMZ.com. The arresting officer states Sheen confessed the California ID card was false, saying: "It's fake, I had it made from someone on the set after I lost the real one." The card was confiscated by the cop but the disgraced star was not punished for the incident.
