Muse Have Mixed Feelings for Glastonbury Festival

'It is going to be nice to go back but with everything else that happened, obviously there are going to be some mixed emotions,' says the Muse's bassists on their upcoming gig at Glastonbury festival.

Rockers have mixed feelings about appearing at the U.K.'s legendary Glastonbury festival in summer, after tragedy struck the group during their last headlining slot at the event. The band is set to thrill fans as they take to the stage at Worthy Farm in Somerset, England on June 26.

But the event will bring back painful memories for drummer Dominic Howard - his father died of a heart attack backstage following their 2004 performance. Bassist Chris Wolstenholme says, "Last time we played it was the highest and lowest point of our life in terms of the band's career - it's going to be very strange going back."

"We went out there (and) had the best gig of our lives. The band has grown a lot since we played there last time. It is going to be nice to go back but with everything else that happened, obviously there are going to be some mixed emotions."
