David Beckham

is providing ongoing support for U.K. charity "Sport Relief" - he's teaming up with British funnyman for a comedy sketch.

The soccer ace and wife designed a range of t-shirts to raise money for the organization earlier this year, even letting their three sons help create the stylish clothes. And now the Los Angeles Galaxy star is trying to rearrange his schedule to make a cameo role in the "Lesbian Vampire Killers" star's upcoming spoof.

Corden reveals, "I hope he's going to be involved in the sketch. Amazingly the one date he could do, I can't do. So we're trying to rearrange it." Beckham starred in Corden's 2009 mini-film for the charity, along with the rest of the England soccer squad.

Other celebrities involved in the charity include "Little Britain" star David Walliams, who is taking part in a 875-mile (1,408 kilometre) bike ride across the U.K. in March, from the northern village of John O' Groats in Scotland to the southern tip of Cornwall, England, known as Land's End.
