In pictures circulating online, the expecting model and the Canadian pop star could be seen leaving an office building in the city. For the outing, Hailey, who is reportedly six months along, showed off her growing belly in a stylish white crop top that she paired with an oversized black blazer featuring padded shoulders.
The catwalk beauty also wore baggy black pants. The Rhode founder completed her style with chunky black boots and a pair of black sunglasses.
As for Justin, the "Ghost" hitmaker looked casual in a white graphic tee and green pants. The star also rocked a white beanie and matching shoes for the sunny outing.
The public appearance marked the couple's first outing since they broke the news that they are expecting their first child together. The revealed the exciting news in an Instagram post earlier this month alongside photos of them renewing their vow.
Hailey and Justin had been "very emotional" after learning of Hailey's pregnancy. "They feel so blessed. They've also felt very protective of the baby from the moment they found out," a source told PEOPLE.
As to how they managed to keep the baby news a secret for months, the couple allegedly asked her family and friends to keep it a secret for a while. "They shared with family and close friends early on. It was important for them to keep it quiet and just enjoy for as long as possible before they publicly confirmed though," the source went on saying. "They asked their friends to not share until they were ready to announce."
It was also said that the expectant parents already "have a name that they think is perfect." Of the pair, an informant claimed, "They're also starting to decorate a nursery. They can't wait to meet the baby."
