AceShowbiz - Is Jenelle Evans heading back to "Teen Mom"? The former MTV star sparked speculations that she's returning to the hit series after being seen out and about with former co-star Briana DeJesus.
In photos obtained by Page Six, the two were spotted hanging out in Briana's home state of Florida on Wednesday, May 1. The pictures saw the pair wearing casual looks during the outing.
Jenelle, who resides in North Carolina, donned a pink tank top that she paired with hot pants and white sneakers. As for Briana, she rocked a white shirt that she left unbuttoned with a black top and shorts underneath.
While there weren't any MTV cameras featured in the photos, their outing prompted people to wonder if Jenelle would make her return to "Teen Mom" after splitting from David Eason. Briana and her co-stars are currently filming the next season of "Teen Mom: The Next Chapter".
The reunion came after Jenelle announced her separation from David in March. In a TikTok post, the 32-year-old wrote, "Can I get some appreciation? I filed for separation." She added in the caption, "New Chapter Unlocked."
In her filing, made on February 23 in a North Carolina court, the former star of "16 & Pregnant" cites David's "erratic" behavior, "substance abuse" issues, and refusal to work as reasons for the split. Jenelle alleges that David has exhibited disturbing behavior towards her throughout their marriage, including: murdering the family's pet dog, Nugget, in 2019, being charged with misdemeanor child abuse and felony assault by strangulation against her son, Jace, in 2023.
She also accuses her estranged husband of engaging in "criminal conversations" with his ex-wife, excessive use of alcohol and refusal to maintain consistent employment, recklessly spending Jenelle's income without contributing financially to the family, and insulting and degrading Jenelle in front of children and third parties.
