The "Okay" music video was unleashed on the video streaming platform on Monday, April 29. In the beginning of the clip, she can be seen speaking in front of a CCTV before making her way into a building. The video goes on to show a close-up clip of her, showcasing her lips and sparkling necklace.

The footage further displays a number of models, who flaunt their figures in sizzling outfits, walking in a dark room. They are looking straight at the camera with one of them playing with her hair. The clip also includes scenes of JT striking several poses in a movie theater and at a club.

The music video was released days after JT dropped the song. On the track that was launched on Friday, April 26, she raps, "She ate crab legs, now her whole tooth missin'/ Cheap a** veneers, you stay talkin' s**t/ Put a marker to this b***h, she's so counterfeit." The lines prompted rap fans to speculate that she is dissing Cardi B, whose tooth was missing after eating a bagel.
