AceShowbiz - Mark Zuckerberg has responded to an epic Photoshopped picture of him that went viral. The Meta CEO poked fun at the edited picture featuring him sporting a ginger beard that some people thought made him look hot.
Mark caught wind of the whole ordeal after The Shade Room posted the fake thirst trap on its Instagram page. "Get it Markkiiee!!! This photoshopped photo of #MarkZuckerberg got the girlies standing at attention! Y’all think he needs to go ahead and grow that beard out?" the caption read.
Despite its power to spark big chatter online, the 38-year-old Facebook founder didn't seem to be entirely impressed by the edit, which was taken from Mark's April 18 Instagram Reel. He commented underneath the post, "Okay who did this?"
However, Mark seemingly suggested that he might consider the idea of growing a beard. The tech mogul took to Instagram Stories to share a photo of a razor and added a questioning face emoji.
He additionally set the picture to Jack Harlow's "They Don't Love It". The song featured the lyrics which read, "F**k shaping my beard up, I'm liking the scruff."
It remains unknown where the digitally altered photo originated from. However, that didn't stop fans from getting obsessed with it as one said on Instagram, "you see what a beard can do for a man." Another comment read, "Facial hair is really make up for guys."
Echoing the sentiment, one person said, "Beard is truly a man’s makeup!!! Grow a beard and stop being such a princess." Another joked on X, "Mark Zuckerberg needs to make this fake beard a reality…because, yes Zaddy."
Some others, meanwhile, could not help but express their disappointment upon knowing that the photo was edited. "IT WAS FAKE!?" an X user asked in disbelief. Someone else added, "The glow up is fake!?!? Can't trust y'all anymore for anything smh."
