Other confirmed cast members include Diany Rodriguez as Rita Pintado, Egmont Wolff as Chuck Green, Tyla Abercrumbie as Jessica Knight.

Set in 1991, prior to the events of NCIS, the prequel will explore Gibbs' journey as a newly minted special agent. The series promises to reintroduce fan-favorites while introducing new characters and revealing a "new side" to Gibbs.

"NCIS: Origins" will air weekly on CBS and be available for livestreaming on Paramount Plus. Premium subscribers will have access to the episodes immediately, while all other users can stream them the following day. The exact premiere date has not yet been announced.
