Two male fans filed the lawsuit against Queen of Pop on January 17 in Brooklyn federal court after she came two hours late for her December show.

AceShowbiz - Madonna has fired back at a lawsuit filed by her disappointed fans. Having been sued by men named Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden for starting her Brooklyn show late, the "Material Girl" responded to it by filing a new legal document.
"These allegations not only fail to state a claim, but are also illogical and self-contradictory," read the docs obtained by RadarOnline.com. "Plaintiffs did not receive their tickets until after they decided to purchase and after they paid for the tickets."
"Therefore, they could not have seen, relied upon, or been injured by any allegedly false statements printed on the tickets when deciding to buy them," the filing added. "Nor do Plaintiffs allege any other allegedly false advertising that they purport to have relied upon in deciding to purchase their tickets. This alone requires dismissal of the Complaint in its entirety."
Michael and Jonathan filed the lawsuit on January 17 in Brooklyn federal court. In the complaint, the men accused the Queen of Pop, Live Nation and Barclays Center of "unconscionable, unfair, and/or deceptive trade practices" for offering tickets to the December 13 "Celebration Tour" with an 8:30 P.M. start time, only for the singer to take the stage sometime after 10:30 P.M.
The show reportedly let out at 1:00 A.M., leading the plaintiffs to be "confronted with limited public transportation, limited ride-sharing, and/or increased public and private transportation costs.". In addition, they "had to get up early to go to work and/or take care of their family responsibilities the next day."
The complaint said, "Madonna had a long history of arriving and starting her concerts late, sometimes several hours late. Defendants failed to provide any notice to the ticket holders that the Concerts would start much later than the start time printed on the ticket and as advertised."
The fans are suing for unspecified "damages, statutory damages, treble damages, exemplary damages, costs and attorneys' fees," and highlighted the costly tickets, including Michael's $155.90 admission fee and the $292.50 Jonathan paid to attend. They want a trial by jury.
