AceShowbiz - Rick Harrison has sadly lost his child. The "Pawn Stars" lead and creator dealt with a tragic loss as his son, Adam Harrison, died at the age of 39 from an overdose.
Confirming Adam's passing was Rick's representative, Laura Herlovich. "Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss," Laura told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, adding that Adam was discovered on Friday, January 19.
Adam was the second child of Rick and his ex-wife, Kim. He is the younger brother of Corey Harrison. Rick remarried his second wife, Tracy, and the couple share one son, Jake.
Adam was not on the unscripted series, which stars Rick and Corey. Adam reportedly worked at Gold & Silver Pawn prior to the series' 2009 premiere. However, he has not recently worked at the pawn shop, according to TMZ.
While Corey can be found all over Rick's Instagram page and even appears alongside his father on "Pawn Stars Do America", Adam seemed to do his own thing and shied away from the spotlight. He had an Instagram page, but never posted.
