AceShowbiz - Katy Perry has sparked marriage rumors with Orlando Bloom following their New Year's getaway. The "American Idol" judge was spotted wearing a mystery ring around five years after getting engaged to the actor of "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers".
In pictures obtained and published by Daily Mail on Wednesday, January 3, it could be seen that the 39-year-old singer was sporting a sparkling gold band on her wedding ring finger one day prior. The jewelry piece, which apparently was thick, came with a simple design.
At that time, Katy was photographed arriving in Los Angeles after spending time with Orlando as they wrapped up 2023. The singer, who expressed her excitement with her facial expression, was pictured walking in what appeared to be a parking lot. She was heading to a car as she carried her belongings.
The "Firework" songstress was joined by her fiance Orlando, who appeared in good spirits. The "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" actor was seen flashing his radiant big smile in one of the photos. He was making his way to the luxury vehicle as he walked a distance in front of his fiancee.
Upon her arrival, Katy kept her body warm in her cozy ensemble. She donned a long-sleeved gray hoodie and a pair of long matching sweatpants. To add more color to the look, she put on a pair of colorful Nike sneakers. Accessorizing herself with a pair of earrings, a bracelet and several rings, she covered some of her black hair with a light gray baseball hat.
To match with his flame, Orlando also sported a similar cap. In contrast, he chose to wear a more colorful get-up, including a short-sleeved orange tee that came with gray graphics on its front side. Adding several ear pieces and necklaces, he carried a green army backpack on one of his shoulders.
Before being caught on camera rocking the mystery sparkle, Katy wore her engagement ring, which had a unique design, on that finger. The engagement band came with a huge pink oval-shaped stone on its center. The eye-catching stone was surrounded by a number of big diamonds, creating a floral halo.
Katy and Orlando went Instagram official with their relationship back in 2016. A little over one year into their romance, in February 2017, they broke up before reconciling in 2018. The famous couple got engaged in February 2019 before moving in together one month later. The two welcomed their only child, daughter Daisy Dove, in 2020.
