The "Slasher" star posted a video of him looking great inside his car while donning a red and black flannel shirt over a black tee. Sharing that he has "so much to be grateful for this year," Dean said, "I'm going to be spending [the holiday] with my housemates at Freedom House at sober living. We're going to have a lot of fun."
He additionally expressed his gratitude to his sponsor, adding that he's also grateful for "all the groups" and "different treatment centers." The "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" alum continued, "I'm just truly blessed and I hope everybody has a wonderful, wonderful day. Bless you all. Happy Thanksgiving."
The Canadian star's post arrived after Dean admitted in a recent interview that he posted the June announcement of her split from Tori when he was under the influence. "All Tori's ever done to this day is want me to be happy and healthy and I inflicted a lot of damage and pain on that woman. I'm taking accountability for that today," he told Daily Mail.
"And it's the biggest amend that I'm ever going to have to make… It's going to be living the rest of my life making amends because I took something that was really beautiful and I just tore it down year after year, day after day," he went on noting.
Tori, who shares Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and six-year-old Beau with Dean, was allegedly "hurt" and "upset" by his claims. "Tori is a little hurt and upset by Dean's recent tell-all type of interview," a source told Entertainment Tonight on November 16. While "[Tori] recognizes that Dean spoke about her in a relatively positive light," the source noted that "she feels protective over her children."
The "Beverly Hills 90210" star especially wanted to protect Stella, "who is old enough to know what's going on and reads and hears about these types of things." The insider added that Tori "is trying to stay positive and keep things afloat for her family" as she refused to "let Dean's words impact her too much."
Following their split, Dean is dating Lily Calo. As for Tori, she's rumored to be dating ad executive Ryan Cramer.
