While the exes have differing opinions on when they split, they reached agreement when it comes to the joint legal and physical custody of their three-year-old daughter Juno.

AceShowbiz - Joshua Jackson doesn't agree with his date of separation from his ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith. The "Dawson's Creek" actor, 45, insists they broke up on 30 September instead of on the 13th of that month, with his take on their split emerging in his legal response to 37-year-old "Queen and Slim" star Jodie's divorce filing.

In papers submitted by Joshua on Wednesday, November 22, the actor agreed with Jodie's previous request for joint legal and physical custody of their three-year-old daughter Juno. He also agreed on the reason behind their break-up, listing "irreconcilable differences" just like Jodie in her October filing. But the date he entered as the day he thinks they split stood out as it was nearly two weeks after she said they had called it quits.

The pair sparked break-up rumors in 2022, and made headlines that September for not following each other on Instagram.Despite the move, they continued to gush about each other afterwards. Joshua and Jodie had a whirlwind romance, with news breaking of their marriage and pregnancy at the same time in 2019.

Their baby girl was born in April the following year and in July 2021 Joshua said on the "Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" his partner had been the one to propose to him. He said, "We were in Nicaragua. It was very beautiful, incredibly romantic. We were walking down the beach, and she asked me to marry her."

Joshua later told Refinery29 he had also got down on one knee.
Since the couple split, Jodie has been photographed arm-in-arm with a mystery man at a Halloween party.
