AceShowbiz - Cardi B has shown support to Will Smith amid claims that he had an affair with Duane Martin. When weighing in on the matter, the "WAP" hitmaker also admitted that she feels like a "fool" for considering forgiving Tasha K, who had an interview with Will's former assistant, Brother Bilaal.
"I don't like how I got fooled a couple of weeks ago..some people just never change," the 31-year-old stated during an Instagram Live on Wednesday, November 15. She then added, "I don't like what people be doing to Will Smith. I be feeling like Will Smith is very unproblematic and I feel like he has a nice heart, and that's the thing."
"I found out that Will Smith is a Libra…Libras, we be getting tried, we be getting tried, and then when we outburst, we outburst so f**king heavy, that we become the ones in the wrong," the Grammy-winning artist continued. "We go so crazy, people be like, 'Oh my God!' "
The wife of Offset went on to fume, "Ya'll be doing that to Will Smith. And I don't like that some people never f**ing change." She later concluded, "I'm so tired of people picking on that man. Deada**."
The affair claims between Will and Duane were brought up by Brother in an interview with Tasha. The Oscar winner's representative has shut them down though. Meanwhile, Will's wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, declared that they're "gonna take legal action."
Cardi, for her part, won a libel case against Tasha in January 2022. The blogger was found liable on three separate claims for "defamation of character, invasion of privacy through portrayal in a false light, and intentional infliction of emotional distress."
Although Tasha initially remained defiant and attempted to appeal the case, she eventually acknowledged her mistake and expressed her remorse on Instagram Live. Cardi later hinted that at easing up on Tasha.
