AceShowbiz - Duane Martin literally exposed his dirty laundry amid allegation that he had slept with Will Smith. The 58-year-old has been pictured for the first time since Brother Bilaal claimed to have caught the two actors engaging in sexual acts years ago.
On Wednesday, November 15, the "L.A.'s Finest" star was photographed carrying a load of his dirty laundry while in Westlake Village, California. In pictures obtained by Daily Mail, he was seen taking out the used clothes from the trunk of his car.
The entertainer sported a gray athletic top, navy shorts and blue sports leggings with a beige beanie when he stepped out of the car. He completed his look with gray sneakers and black socks. The actor was also spotted filling up his car with gas while running errands on the chilly day.
Duane, who is swept in the gay affair allegation with Will, has not responded to the claim and will likely remain silent on the matter. According to a report by TMZ, the "Ride or Die" actor has no plans to publicly speak on the claim because the allegation is so ridiculous.
It was Brother Bilaal, who claims to be Will's former friend and assistant, who dropped the shocking allegation in an interview with Tasha K. During the sit-down, Brother recalled, "I open the door to Duane's dressing room and that's when I see Duane having anal sex with Will."
Tasha said she needed time to process the shocking revelation, before Brother went on detailing, "It was a couch and, um, Will was bent over on the couch and Duane was standing up. Killin' him. Murderin'. It was murder in there."
Will has since denied the rumor through his representative. The rep said in a statement to TMZ on Tuesday, "This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false." A source close to the situation added that the 55-year-old is considering taking legal action following Brother's remarks.
Seemingly confirming the report, Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith has threatened to take legal action against Brother. "And this is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown, that didn't work. We're gonna take legal action," the "Worthy" author said on "The Breakfast Club". "It's one thing to have your opinion on somebody versus making up salacious, malicious stories," the mom of two continued. "That's actionable... So we're gonna roll with that."
