Calling the 'Baby Father Drama' raptress 'rowdy,' the 'Love and War' singer confirms that James Wright Chanel got assaulted by Blueface's baby mama at her show in Baltimore.

AceShowbiz - Tamar Braxton has spoken up after one of her crew members became a victim in a scuffle involving Chrisean Rock. While the raptress decided to stay away from social media, the R&B artist has taken to Instagram to share her side of the story.
In a video uploaded to her account on Monday, November 13, Tamar confirmed that James Wright Chanel got assaulted by Chrisean at her show over the weekend. "He got assaulted at my show. And it was by Chrisean," she said.
As to why it took some time for her to finally address the matter, the younger sister of Toni Braxton explained, "I wasn't going to say anything out of respect for James and his trauma and what happened to him," before adding, "I care about my team. They're all my friends."
Tamar confirmed that she invited Chrisean to the show, but never asked her to perform. The 46-year-old then denied allegations that she invited Chrisean to her show for clout, saying, "I'm not a clout chaser. My circle is this small. I don't need to sell tickets."
The "Love and War" songstress added that she didn't need an opening act because she knew her sister, Toni, was coming. Calling the "Baddies" star "rowdy," she further stressed that she invited Chrisean because she was in the reality TV star's hometown, Baltimore, and wanted to give her an "opportunity."
Still, Tamar claimed she didn't judge Chrisean, whom she called "sister," and instead wanted to take the mother of one under her wings. While Tamar didn't go into details about the altercation, she admitted there was a misunderstanding about Chrisean's part in the concert.
Stressing that there was never violence in her tour before, she apologized to her team for her "silence." She then broke down in tears as she acknowledged James' trauma, saying, "He was assaulted and he was hurt. I wish she would've hit me instead of him. I'm so sorry it happened to you." She also apologized to Chrisean, insisting, "I didn't want to set you up."
Chrisean was reported to have assaulted James during Tamar's concert on Friday, November 10. Upset after finding out she wasn't performing during the show, Blueface's baby mama reportedly reacted by punching James in the nose several times, sending him to the hospital.
Tamar's best friend LeTroy Davis then blasted Chrisean over her behavior, while James confirmed that he got assaulted, though he didn't name Chrisean as the aggressor. Chrisean, meanwhile, defended her behavior before announcing that she's deactivating her social media pages.
