The luxury real estate agent and the 30-year-old 'It Follows' star are seen making out during the Fred Again show in Los Angeles, a month after he finalized divorce from the 'Wicked' actress.

AceShowbiz - Dalton Gomez also enjoys a blossoming romance following his split from Ariana Grande. While the singer/actress is reported to have fallen "hard and fast" with Ethan Slater, the luxury real estate agent has apparently moved on with actress Maika Monroe.
On Thursday, November 2, the pair were caught sneaking PDA at a concert in Los Angeles. In a video obtained by TMZ, the lovebirds were seen sucking face while attending the Fred Again show at the Shrine Auditorium.
Dalton and Maika were apparently so engrossed in each other as eyewitnesses say the pair were kissing throughout the opening. They were reportedly also getting touchy-feely during the outing.
Their PDA at the concert wasn't the first sign of their relationship. Back in October, the twosome was spotted making out at Jumbo's Clwon Room, a "bikini bar" in Los Angeles. In the photo circulating online, Dalton put his hand on Maika's face as they were sharing a smooch.
"They were very friendly and both introduced themselves," an informant told Deuxmoi of the couple's date. "They would look around to see if anyone was looking then continue to make out in front of everyone."
Just a few days before he was spotted with the 30-year-old "Independence Day: Resurgence" actress, Dalton finalized his divorce from Ariana. They reportedly filed the terms of their settlement to the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, October 6.
According to court records, rather than pay monthly spousal support, Ariana is giving Dalton an upfront payment, which was a better financial arrangement for her ex. TMZ reported that the luxury real estate agent will receive $1,250,000, tax-free. He will also receive half of the net proceeds from the sale of their L.A. home. Ariana will additionally pay up to $25,000 of Dalton's attorney's fees.
Ariana filed for divorce from Dalton on September 18 after two years of marriage. Their date of separation was listed as February 20, 2023, meaning they had been separated for a while before the divorce filing. In the papers, she asked that their prenuptial agreement be honored, but the specifics of the contract were not disclosed.
