AceShowbiz - Jimmy Fallon and Nancy Juvonen are allegedly having a trouble in their relationship. The couple's marriage is reportedly "in crisis" as they have been "fighting a lot" over "money, living arrangements and his drinking."
According to In Touch, the comedian and his producer wife's "contentious" relationship has gotten worse lately during the writers' strike. A source tells the site, "Jimmy and Nancy have always had a contentious relationship, but it's been particularly bad recently. Especially during the writers' strike they were fighting a lot, arguing over money, living arrangements and his drinking."
"She's very, very controlling and it's taking a toll," the source dishes, noting that Nancy is not entirely to blame for their marital issue as Jimmy has his own "demons." The source adds that "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" host "can be a great guy," but he has "demons and he can be selfish."
Backing the claims, a second source dishes that the 49-year-old TV host is "always drinking and rowdy" when he hangs out with the locals in town. "He would jump on stage and sing, take pics, he was not subtle," the source further details.
"Nancy has let him get away with murder in the past. She partied hard with him back in the day. And he always had a lot of freedom," the same source adds. "But this is different, they're never together."
Amid their mounting issues, Jimmy reportedly moved from New York City to Mill Neck on Long Island with no "clear reason why." The second insider explains, "Nancy and the kids spend summers and a lot of weekends at Sagaponack."
Noting that Jimmy is at risk of losing a lot of his fortune should he get a divorce from Nancy, the second source claims, "If they get divorced, she's going to take every penny."
Jimmy and Nancy met in 2004 when Nancy and her longtime friend Drew Barrymore visited the set of "Saturday Night Live", on which he used to star as a regular. They started dating in 2005 after working together on the film "Fever Pitch". The pair married in December 2007 and welcomed their two daughters via surrogate in 2013 and 2014.
