According to a new report, the crew members of the hit Netflix sci-fi series are disappointed in the Eleven depicter after she said that the series prevented her from following her passion.

AceShowbiz - Millie Bobby Brown's recent remarks about her stint on "Stranger Things" reportedly upset crew members of the Netflix hit series. According to a new report, they were disappointed in the Eleven depicter after she said that the series prevented her from following her passion.

"Don't be surprised if we hear from Millie in the near future bringing back her comments a little bit, because although they were her true thoughts, she now sees how it looks," a source told Daily Mail. "Lots of people who work on the show, within the crew, are disappointed in her words coming out the way they did and feel she should respect the hard work so many have done for a show that made her career and pays her bills."

The insider went on adding that the staff members "all love her, and these comments won't put a bad taste in their mouths for too long, because by the time they start filming and finish the show, this will be long in the rearview." However, the 19-year-old's blunt remarks "have definitely hit a nerve for those who need a job like 'Stranger Things' to make ends meet. It's just seen as a bad look from many who work on the show."

Millie recently insinuated that she couldn't wait to move on from "Stranger Things", which is set to end with its upcoming season 5. "When you're ready, you're like, 'All right, let's do this. Let's tackle this last senior year. Let's get out of here,' " Millie told Glamour in an interview published on Monday, October 16.

The British star added that "Stranger Things" blocked her from doing what she wants to do in her acting career. " 'Stranger Things' takes up a lot of time to film and it's preventing me from creating stories that I'm passionate about," the "Enola Holmes" actress divulged. "So I'm ready to say, 'Thank you, and goodbye.' "

Millie also noted that even after the hit sci-fi series ends, nothing will change between her relationship with her co-stars, including Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Caleb McLaughlin and Gaten Matarazzo. "When it ends, I'm going to be able to still see these people," she shared, noting that "no one is dying."

"Stranger Things" crew isn't the only one who slammed Millie for her recent interview. After catching wind of her remarks, fans took to social media to share their two cents on the matter. "She has the right to feel that way. However, it's stupid to put your employer on blast publicly for - checks notes - having to work," one said.

"How about be grateful for the thing that gave you the life you enjoy today," another noted. Someone else fumed, "Imagine being this ungrateful to the role that gave you fame and pays you millions." One other added that "Stranger Things" is the "only reason she's famous," while someone else wrote that the "Godzilla vs. Kong" actress was "hating on the thing that made her."
