The 'Just a Dream' hitmaker celebrates his girlfriend's latest milestone by posting a video montage of the two set to his and Chris Lane's 2022 'Birthday Girl' on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - Nelly has made his rekindled romance with Ashanti Instagram official. When celebrating his on-again girlfriend's 43rd birthday, the "Hot in Herre" hitmaker penned a sweet tribute to her in which he praised the songstress as an "incredible" person.
On Saturday, October 14, the 48-year-old unleashed a video montage of him and Ashanti set to his and Chris Lane's 2022 "Birthday Girl". The clip also included some throwback pictures of the two throughout the years.
Nelly began his caption by writing, "One time for the birthday girl…. Such a beautiful, an incredible person inside and out and one of the hardest working women." He added, "I know.. @ashanti Enjoy your day Ma you look awesome!!!! Happy Birthday Love ya!!!!"
The post did not go unnoticed by Ashanti. In the comment section, the "Foolish" singer raved, "Awwwwww Thanku Big head!!!!!!!! love ya!!!!"
Nelly confirmed his reconciliation with Ashanti in mid-September. "Yeah, we cool again. I think it surprised both of us though. It wasn't anything that I don't think was planned," Nelly told "Love and Hip Hop" stars Rasheeda and Kirk Frost in a new interview.
Nelly believes spending so long apart from one another has been helpful with their reunion because the distance allowed them to "understand" each other and their relationship better. He explained, "I think we both were pretty much doing what we do, but sometimes being separate you understand one another more."
"You be like, 'Yo, let me see exactly what they see,' " he elaborated further. "You know, because we all can be defensive sometimes in our own relationships. We know we wrong but we going to stand on it. But we all a victim to that."
