AceShowbiz - Lisa Rinna and Brandi Glanville found being compared to each other by an online critic amusing. Shortly after she and her former co-star had their looks likened due to her "unrecognizable" appearance, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum revealed via social media that they had "a good laugh" over it.
On Wednesday, July 19, the 60-year-old entrepreneur let out on her Instagram Story a screenshot of a headline about her being mistaken for Brandi. Over the snap, she noted, "Brandi and I had a good laugh over this today." She went on to write, "I said to her, 'We've come a long way baby.' "
One day before uploading the post, Lisa shared a video of her flaunting long hair extensions and pouty lips. In the Tuesday, July 18 clip, she showed off her look for a campaign photoshoot of her brand Rinna Beauty's new products after getting her make-up and hair done.
Along with the short clip, the former "Melrose Place" star penned in the caption, "We did some damage yesterday." She went on to promote the product by noting, "@gregswalesart @danyulbrown @dimitrishair @manthony783 NEW @rinnabeauty coming soon the new Lip Crayons! [a slew of lips emojis]."
Lisa's look in the clip got her mistaken for other famous stars. Among those reacting to her post, one in particular confessed, "I thought it was Steven Tyler at first," while another suggested, "I honestly thought it was Brandi Glanville."
The former Bravo star was also bombarded with harsh criticisms. One in particular complained, "Whatever makes you happy but you're Becoming more and more unrecognizable [a crying face emoji]." Another criticized, "Ohhh Lisa NOoooo! Girl you are beautiful,this makes you look like a guy trying to look like a woman."
Lisa herself has previously looked back at her first lip filler injections. "I liken it to getting a tattoo. It was an absolutely stupid spur of the moment thing with my girlfriend. The movie 'Beaches' had come out and Barbara Hershey had her lips done with collagen. That's how it happened," the "Days of Our Lives" alum said in a May interview with ES magazine.
